The Selection for all Inter County Matches is by a Selection Committee.
 'The selection of players for County Representative sides and Inter-County matches shall be by a Selection Sub-Committee.   The Sub-Committee shall consist of two representatives not from the same Club elected at the AGM plus the current Captains of the Inter-County representative teams, excluding Junior teams plus a Chairman appointed by and from the Management Committee.  The Management Committee shall co-opt, if necessary on a temporary basis, suitable people to the Selection Sub-Committee to ensure that any vacancies are filled.'

Current County Team Selectors for the 2010-2011 Season are:
1 Peter Winter AGM Elected Selector Lavant Elected by the delegates at the AGM.
Also Inter County Administrator.
2 Rod McBeth AGM Elected Selector Upper Beeding Elected by the delegates at the AGM.
3 Marc Lancaster Premier Team Captain The Martlets Elected by the Premier Team Squad.
4 Allen Tolley 'A' Team Captain Ashington Elected by the A Team Squad.
5 Seton Wood 'B' Team Captain Comptons Elected by the B Team Squad.
6 Paul Fisher Chairman of Selectors Chanctonbury Elected by The Management Committee
