| Report: In Group A
Jean Armour-Milne won all her games and proceeded to the KO
Stage as Group Winner on 10 points. Gilliam
Weston and Peter Winter were equal on 6 points but Gillian
had a better shot difference and was therefore the Group
Runner Up. In Group B three players all finished equal on 6 points but with a better shot difference Martin Locke became Group Winner. Keith Hawkins and Chris Page were both equal on points, equal on shots and equal on games won so Keith became the Runner Up by virtue of the fact that he had won the game between the two players. In the Semi Finals Martin lost to Gillian 6-12 and Jean and Keith played out a 8-8 draw. On the extra end Keith triumphed. The final saw a further tight game with Keith being three shots up going in to the last end where Gillian could only manage 2 to lose 10-9. A superb days bowling. |

PLAYING INFORMATION FOR THE DAY |
| There are 11
Team who will play as one group of 6 and one group of 5.
Winners and Runner Up of each group to the Semi Finals. Ten ends - Four woods each player. I have built into the schedule two small 15 minute coffee breaks after 2 games and a larger 30 minute break at about lunchtime after four games have been completed. It is anticipated that the competition should finish by about 4 pm for those who do not qualify for the Semi finals and about 5:30 pm for those who do - providing games run to time. |
